...by the iPhone. I was using a perfectly acceptable Nokia cell phone that was a relic from the stone age. It made calls, it received calls.
I decided to upgrade, in part because the new car is also a bluetooth device and my Nokia phone was not compatible, and decided to go all the way. Mosker might think she forced me into this particular phone but it's what I wanted, she just helped reassure me that it would meet my needs.
I love this phone. I really, really, really love this phone. Suddenly I have access to my e-mail 24/7 (a hugely good thing). Everyone I talked with said I needed to plan to begin texting and that I would really use that feature (I scoffed at the notion), and it turns out they were right.
I'm taking pictures with this phone (see yesterday's post about the accident). I'm checking the weather with this phone. I'm surfing the web with this phone. I'm checking my eBay bids on this phone. I'm ordering books through Amazon with this phone. I'm even listening to podcasts on this phone.
I love this phone.
